1 cup, Almonds dry roasted whole kernels1 cup, cashews dry roasted with salt, whole 1 cup pumpkin seeds dry roasted with shells removed1 cup pistachio nuts dry roasted with shells removed1 cup Ocean Spray raisins1 cup raisins1 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Measure and mix all ingredients together. You can substitute any combination of dried fruits and nuts you like. Suggestions: dried blueberries, dried cherries, sunflower seeds, peanuts, walnuts, ect... Makes 16 servings 270 calories a serving, about ˝ cup.

    This recipe is a lot healther if you use the raw nuts... cooked nuts lose all the healthy oils that make the nuts healthy - 2/5/11
