Caprese chicken salad

Ingredients
1 12.5 oz. can of chunk chicken breastLarge bunch of basil leaves, chopped2 cups of spinach leaves, chopped2 oz of shredded part-skim mozzarella (the fresh kind chopped is even better)1 cup of cherry tomatoes, chopped6 tsp of Kraft light basalmic vinagrette dressing6 Flatout garden spinach wraps
Directions
Roughly chop the basil and spinach together.
Quarter or halve the tomatoes.
Toss together the rest of the ingredients, expect the flatbread.
Put 1/6 of the mixture on the flatbread, wrap up and enjoy!

    This was really delicious! I was lucky enough to get fresh mozzarella from the local cheese house but otherwise I used this recipe! I love the Caprese Salad but never thought of putting it in a tortilla before. Thank you! - 4/8/11
