Shrimp and Feta Casserole, by Gooseberry Patch

2 eggs1 c. evaporated milk1 c. plain yogurt3 oz. crumbled feta cheese2 c. swiss cheese, shredded1/4 c. fresh parsley1 tsp. dried basil1 tsp. dried oregano4 garlic cloves, minced8- oz. pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked16-oz. jar chunky salsa1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, cleaned, and divided8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Serves 10-12 people.
In a medium bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; set aside. Spread half the pasta in a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Cover with salsa; add half the shrimp. Spread remaining pasta over shrimp; top with egg mixture. Add remaining shrimp and top with mozarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 min. before serving.
