1/2 c. egg substitute1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. applesauce1 tsp. vanilla2 mashed bananas1 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. white flour1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. muesli1/2 c. walnuts
Mix the first five ingredients in mixing bowl; set aside. In second mixing bowl sift together flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add muesli, and walnuts. Combine all ingredients together, Mix will and pour into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn out onto wire wrack to cool.
