Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 10 oz. bagGarlic, 2 cloves mincedFat Free Cream Cheese, 1/2 cupFat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cupKosher salt, 1/2 tsp.Freshly cracked back pepper, 1/2 tsp.Vidalia onion, 1 cup choppedParmesan Cheeese, 1/2 cup grated
Directions
Wilt spinach with garlic; drain and squeeze to remove excess water. Mix remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with pita chips and raw veggies.
