3/4 cup swiss cheese1/2 cup feta1/4 cup finely chopped onion1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach or 2lb fresh spinach cooked and drained2 cups mushrooms4 eggs1 cup milk (I used 2%)1 tablespoon flour1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Make Pie Crust
Toss Cheese with flour
Put cheese, spinach (well drained!), onions and mushrooms in pie pan.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over other ingredients
back at 375 for 50-60ming until done
