Wendy's Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
This recipe is broken down to one serving. Multiply it to add additional servings.1- 1/2 chicken breast, no skin2 tablespoons of ginger powder2 large spears of broccoli cut into pieces1 cup of chicken broth or bouillion2 tablespoons of oyster sauce2 tablespoons of corn starch2 tablespoons of water1- 1/2 can of water chestnuts1- 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
Directions
Putting it all together.......

1. cut the chicken into cubes.
2. put in a bowl and pour ginger powder onto chicken and mix. Put aside.
3. Put spray oil (PAM) into bottom of large fry pan.
4. Put broccoli, water chestnuts into pan and saute until partially cooked.
5. Add chicken broth to the pan and continue cooking.
6. Add in the chicken cubes and continue cooking.
7. Mix together water, oyster sauce and corn starch. Add to pan and mix ingredients together. Continue to cook until chicken is almost cooked.
8. Add bean sprouts and cook until tender.

Serve over rice.
