The high fat content is mostly from the mayo- 1T of mayo is 10g of fat. They also entered the egg as 1/2 cup of egg, which adds fat. - 5/19/10

It's an egg, bread, mayo, cucumber, and tomato! A whole Meal that sounds delish for under 500 calories? Yipee! - 5/19/10

Please check the fat and calorie count. This seems way too much for an egg. If it is correct, it's not worth it. - 5/19/10
