Crab Ceviche

Ingredients
1/2 lb Imitation Crab5 Medium Tomatoes1 cucumber1 Jalapeño1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro1/2 Medium Onion5 Cloves Garlic1 Lemon1 tsp Tabasco SauceSalt & Pepper
Directions
Chop Crab and all vegetables except garlic and lemon. Place in bowl.
Press garlic & add.
Add Tabasco.
Squeeze lemon over ingredients.
Season to taste.
Serve with Tostada shells or tortilla chips. (chips not calculated in calories)
Avocado can be added remember to calculate calories for this also.
Makes about 8 cups.
