Raw "oatmeal"

1 T flax seed, soaked in water overnight2 apples, peeled, cored & sliced1 banana2 t cinnamon
Directions
Soak the flax seeds the night before

Rinse flax seeds (I use some of the water for blending) and blend well with the fruits and spice.
