White Sauce

Ingredients
125ml (4fl oz) skimmed milk2 egg yolks, beaten1 small pot non-fat yoghurtSalt and pepper
Directions
In a double saucepan, heat the milk until lukewarm the add salt and pepper. Pour a small amount of the milk over the egg yolks, then incorporate the eggs and milk mixture into the pan.
Beat well and add the yoghurt. Heat the sauce through.
If serving with fish you can add some chopped gherkin.
