Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cupBeans, black, .25 cup*Canadian Bacon, dicedOnions, raw, 1 slice, large, dicedHot chile pepers, 0.25 cupDice onion and canadian bacon; combine with eggs and beat until well blended. add cheese, green chiles, salt and pepper to taste. beat and pour into 5 custard cups sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
