Loaded Baked Potato topping (Ground Turkey)

Ingredients
Ground Turkey 91/9Carrot-shreddedBlack BeansCanned Diced TomatomargarineShredded Mild Cheddar CheeseGarlicMinced Onions
Directions
Precook potatoes in microwave to save time and then bake in 400 degree oven.

In a large skillet, shred carrot and garlic clove into olive oil and cook for 2 minutes on low. Add ground turkey, onion, salt and pepper and cook until meat is completely cooked. Add Black Beans and canned tomato with other spices or until flavored to your liking.

Add to prepared baked potato and top with 1 tsp. of margarine and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese per potato.
