1 lb ground beef1 15.5 oz can chick peas, whole can1 tbsp italian seasoning1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp fresh cilantro1 whole onion1/2 raw red pepper
mash up chick peas in food processor or masher. chop up veggies. add meat and seasonings to veggies and chick peas in large bowl until everything is combined evenly. shape into 24 medium-large meatballs. bake in a 400 degree farenheit oven for about 30 minutes or until done. I used my toaster oven on 400 degrees and used parchment paper so the meatballs would not stick and burn. They came out fine.
