6 Tblsp Soy Sauce1 Tblsp Corn starch2 Tbslp Rice Vinegar1 tsp Honey1 cup Beef broth1/2 tsp Onion powder or 1 tsp dried Onion flakes1/2 tsp Garlic powder1/2 small box Whole Wheat pasta2-4 boneless skinless chicken breast chopped2 cups chopped broccoli1 medium red pepper, cut into strips2 medium carrots cut into matchsticks1 1/2 cup green beans
cook pasta about 6 minutes, while pasta is cooking make sauce
Bring 1 cup beef broth to a boil, add garlic and onion powder.
In a bowl combine corn starch, soy sauce and vinegar, add to beef broth. Bring to a boil, Stir in honey and remove from heat.
Add sesame oil to wok, cook chicken. Remove chicken from pan and add more oil if needed, add vegetables and stir fry for a minute or two. Add sauce and lid allow vegetables to steam until desired doneness. Add pasta and chicken. Stir to combine.
