Healthy Pesto Pizza.... (yes.. Health Pizza!)

1 Boboli-Original 12" Crust (6 servings, 14 oz)5 oz of chopped (reheated) Tyson-Frozen Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips 1 1/2 cup chopped fresh Broccoli (small florets) 4 thin slices of Red Onions (you can sub Shallots or omit altogether)3 oz, Grape Tomatoes (or 12 tomatoes) halved 5 Slices any Provolone Cheese (preferably low fat) 3 tblsp - Classico Basil Pesto1 tsp - good Olive Oil
You will need:
- Cutting Board and good sharp knife
- 2 microwave safe bowls
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Re-heat the chicken in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl, and chop into small pieces. Toss with 3 tblsps of the pesto, you can substitute a red sauce preference or no sauce.
Chop the broccoli into the smallest florets possible, toss with 1 tsp of Olive Oil and steam in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes.
Slice the Grape tomatoes into halves or quarters (your preference).
Create 4 thin slices of Red Onion (or bigger or more - if you prefer).
Now assemble:
On the Boboli crust - spread the chicken on the bottom (your sauce essentially). Time for your veggies, reserve some of each in order to top the cheese and make the pizza attractive. Spread out evenly your steamed broccoli, tomatoes and onion, top with the Provolone slices - equally distributed across the pizza, and then top with your final reserved veggies.
Bake according to the package directions (450 for 8-10 minutes) or your crust "crispyness" preference.
