Blueberry Energy Smoothie

~ 1 scoop protein powder (any brand that contains minimum of 25-30 gr of protein per serving)~ 1 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)~ 1/2 cup skim or 1% milk~ 1 single serving yogurt (sugar/fat free, any flavor)~ 1 single serving packet of lime flavored crystal light powder~ 3-5 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender/mixer and blend until smooth, serve cold, drink immediately.
