Shrimps sauteed in herbs

Ingredients
900g (2lb) shrimps, peeled, de-veined and rinsed.4 garlic cloves, crushed.30g (1oz) fresh parsley, chopped.50ml (2fl oz) dry white wine.1 lemon, cut in half.
Directions
In a non-stick frying pan add the shrimps, garlic, parsley and wine.
Sauté on a medium heat until the shrimps are pink.
Serve with fresh lemon.

Makes 6 servings.

    Very tasty! We didn't have white wine on hand, so we used Chinese Rice Wine, and that worked well. Another plus to this recipe is that according to the Dukan book, a serving is a pound of shrimp. Which was more than we could eat. Very filling. I would definitely make it again. - 5/9/11
