Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
3 Cups of Cooked Elbow Macaroni rinsed and cooled1/4 c chopped red onion1/4 c green pepper1/3 c Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo w/olive oil1 celery stalk chopped1/2 c Matchstick carrots (chopped to make smaller)1 tsp sugar1 tbs French's Honey Mustard1/3 c Yoplait plain fat free Greek yogurt1/4 tsp saltpepper to taste
Directions
Cook, drain and cool pasta. Add chopped vegetables (celery, onion, carrots, and green pepper). Add mayo, mustard, and Greek Yogurt. Sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper (if desired). Stir all ingredients until evenly coated.

Chill for 30 minutes and serve.

*Using Greek yogurt adds protein while cutting down the fat.**
