Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
19 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed11 oz can corn niblets1-½ pint cherry tomatoes, halved3 green onions, chopped1 small Jalapeño pepper minced (pickled is fine)2 tbsp apple cider vinegar½ tsp oregano1 tsp cumin¼ tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine beans, corn, tomatoes and green onions. In small bowl add jalapeño, vinegar and spices. Whisk in oil. Add to bean mix and stir. Chill well.
