Ingredients
500 gms ground Lamb1 small onion2 tbsps Tomato Ketchupsalt Freshly ground Black Pepper
Directions
Makes 4 Burgers

1. Finely chop the onion and mix with the ground lamb.
2. Add Salt & pepper to taste, and add the tomato ketchup.
3. Shape into 4 rounds and flatten slightly.
4. Grill 5/6 mins each side, under a hot grill, making sure they are thoroughly cooked through.
