Ingredients
Old Bay Seasoning, 1TCauliflower, raw, 1 head, large Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup Salt, 2 tsp
Directions
Wash cauliflower and cut into large pieces; steam slightly to begin the cooking process and set aside. Combine cottage cheese, salt, seasoning, and milk in an oven safe dish, add stemed cauliflower and top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for :30 or until cauliflower is fork- tender.
