2 1/2 cups of fresh green beans1 can of cream of chicken soup 98% fat free1 cup of evaporated milk1 tsp of soy sauce1 tsp of pepper (optional)1 cup french fried onions
snap off/cut off the ends of the green beans, rinse, put in 9x9in baking dish, stir in soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper(optional), and 1/2 cup of the fried onions. cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven uncover and pour the over half of the fried onions on top of the casserole and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Makes 7 1/2 cup servings.
