Egg, fresh, 6 largeGranulated Sugar, 2 cupSweetened Strawberries, fresh, 4 cup, pureedSalt, .5 tspFat free half and half, 4 cupVanilla Extract, 2.5 tsp
Combine eggs and sweetened strawberries in large sauce-pan; beat with wire whisk or rotary beater until blended. Add sugar and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly about 10 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Let cool. Stir in half-and-half and vanilla. Pour into gallon ice cream churn. Follow manufacturer's directions.
Makes about 4 quarts (1 gallon) OR 16 one cup servings.
