Tuna Delight Sandwich

Ingredients
-Chopped Onions - 2 oz-Chopped Tomato - 2 oz-Star Kist Chunk Light Tuna in water (2 cans) makes around 9oz-Bag of Frozen Peas and Carrots - 2/3 cups-Whole Wheat Bread - 8 slices-Ground Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp
Directions
-Tawed out the frozen peas and carrots.

-Using a mixing bowl input all the ingredients ( tuna-9oz, mayo - 4tbsp, ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp, peas and carrots -2/3cups, tomato - 2oz, chopped onions - 2oz)

-Mix and make sure everything is coated with all the ingredients.

-Leave the mixing bowl in the fridge to keep cool.

-Toast the whole wheat bread until golden brown.

-Once the bread is ready and warm, put some of the tuna mixture onto the bread to create a Tuna Delight Sandwich.

*Don't put the tuna delight onto the bread until ready to serve! This will prevent it from becoming mushy.
