Zach's coconut macaroons

Ingredients
Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, whipped *Splenda, 7 tsp Egg white, 2 serving Vanilla Extract, .5 tspcoconut extract .5 tsp
Directions
Mix cream, sweetener, and extract. add coconut mix well. let stand half hour. whip egg whites to peak. fold coconut into egg whites. bake 12-14 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
