Ingredients
Flatbread Flat Out Light Italian Herb, 2 serving (remove)Salsa Fresh Sam's Club Italian Rose, 4 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)*Kraft 2 Percent Mozzarella 1/4 cup, 4 serving (remove)*Cheese Parmesan Shredded Kraft 1/4 Cup, 1 serving (remove)Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .33 cup (remove)Lunchmeat Hillshire Farm Honey ham (4 slices), 1 serving (remove)*Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)1/4 c Skim Milk
Directions
Spray a baking sheet with Pam and place on it 2 Italian flatbreads. Put them in the oven on 350 degrees until the bottom starts to crisp up.

While flatbreads are baking, scramble 3 eggs with 1/4 cup of skim milk in a skillet to almost near doneness. Set aside and use the same skillet to slightly cook the red pepper and mushrooms in a little cooking spray. By this the time the flatbreads should be somewhat crisp.

Remove them from the oven, turn them over and start to assemble your breakfast pizzas. Start by spreading 2 tbs of salsa on each flatbread. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese on each flat bread. Tear the ham in pieces and add two slices to each flatbread. Spread half of the scrambled eggs on each flatbread. Add half of the pepper and mushroom mixture to each flatbread, then sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese over each. Fianlly sprinkle 1 tsp of italian seasoning over each and place backinto the 350 degree oven. Bake until cheese melts and flatbread reaches desired crispness-about 15 minutes.

When it comes out add 1 diced plum tomato to the top of each and serve immediately.
