Sauteed Scallops with Herbed Topping - Lower Carb

Ingredients
* Scallops, raw, 16 oz (remove) * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove) * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove) * Lemon juice, 3 tbsp (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove) * Paprika, .5 tsp (remove) * Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Warm butter in pan and add scallops, briefly warming both sides. While this is happening, combine dry ingredients and put aside. Remove scallops and roll in dry ingredients. Return scallops to pan and sauté slowly for 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn to brown evenly. Remove scallops to heated serving dish and keep hot. Add lemon juice and parsley to butter in pan; reheat and pour over scallops.
