1 cup Tropical Smoothie mix (150 cal/ serving) or substitutes1 Tbsp Metamucil powder, orange flavored1 scoop (35g) Whey Powder1 Tbsp Chia Pro (or any other high fiber substitute. Ground Flaxseed is a good choice)1 1/2 cups Ice water1 cup Ice cubes or crushed IceBlender
Place Ice and water in blender. Blend at medium speed and add Metamucil as it continues to mix. Add whey powder and Chia Pro as blender is still running. Slowly pour in smoothie mix or add banana and juice. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well mixed.
For a thicker drink, place blending bowl in fridge for 10 - 15 minutes and then give a quick mix on the blender before serving.
