Ingredients
1/4 cup Morning Moo's Textured Vegetable Protein, Beef1/2 cup water1/2 cup onion,chopped, chopped 1 tsp. olive oil1 cup water1 cup cooked white beans1/4 cup tomato sauce1/2 cup salsa1 tsp taco seasoning1 cup corn, canned1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
Directions
Place "Beef", 1/2 cup water, onion, and olive oil in soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add 1 cup water, beans, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning, corn, and mixed vegetables. Heat through. Makes 4 servings of 1 1/4 cup each.
