Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
Olive oil- 1 tbspGarlic Powder- 2 tspBeef top round (cut into strips for stir fry)- 1lbFresh Carrot diced- 1 medium sizeBroccoli frozenOyster Sauce- 6ozGreen onion chopped- 1tbsp
Directions
Heat oil and garlic powder over medium heat. Add sliced beef, stir and brown. Put in chopped carrot and broccoli (and red pepper flakes if desired) and cook until carrots are tender. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Put in the green onion and turn down heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
