Blackberry & Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
3 apples peeled and sliced1 1/2 c blackberries, washed1 c splenda2 c baking mix4 tbsp light margarinespices and vanillawater
Directions
Peel and slice three apples. Mix sliced apples and blackberries in a bowl. In seperate bowl, mix baking mix, 1/2 c splenda and 2 tbsp of melted light margarine until mix is crumbly. Add water if needed to make crumbly. Pour fruit into baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 c of splenda. Add vanilla and spices such as cinnamon or apple pie spice. Top with crumbly topping. Melt another 2 tbsp of margarine and then pour over topping and fruit. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 or until brown. Makes four 1 cup servings.
