Ingredients
16 oz. whole wheat bowtie (or other) pasta1 cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced1 c. grape tomatoes, halved2 c. broccoli cole slaw2 c. sliced mushrooms1 small can sliced olives, drained1 1/2 c. yellow squash, quartered and sliced3 bunches green onions, white and green parts, choppedsmall handful fresh cilantro, chopped1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced1 c. Brianna's Homestyle Zesty French Dressingoptional: 1/2 pine nuts or other nuts or seeds
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain. Cut up veggies. Toss pasta, veggies, and dressing together in a 5-qt. bowl. Makes about 16 1-cup servings.

    I make this all the time and mix up the vegetables to whats on hand or in season. It stores well in the refrigerator but tastes better at room temperature. Blueberries, pineapple chunks, or grapes add a nice touch of sweetness as well. - 5/23/10
