Tuna Fish Patties

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup flour1 can tuna fish undrained
Directions
Add all ingredients together and spoon into frying pan coated in oil (any kind of your choice). Fry until patties are golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!

    This makes me a little hesitant to try just because of the fact that it's fried, but i think it is better than adding all of the mayonnaise and other unhealthy things that can go into tuna. so i think i'll give this one a try for lunch :) - 3/4/09
