Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies by Judy

Ingredients
1 stick plus 6 Tbsp of butter3/4 cup firmly packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1.5 cups self rising flour1 tsp ground cinnamon3 cups Quaker Oats1 cup Raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour and cinnamon, mix well. Add Oats and raisins, mix well.

Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet (or stone)

Bake until light golden brown....it took me about 16 minutes.

I made 66 (5.5 dozen) cookies
