Easy Ground Turkey Stroganoff

1/2 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic1 pkg (20z) lean ground turkey1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream Mushroom Soup1 cup skim milk1 cup fat free sour creamSalt and pepper to taste
Lightly spray pot (about a 4qt) with olive oil spray. Sautee the onion and garlic until just starting to soften.
Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
Add can of cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir to combine and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add sour cream and heat on low for 5 minutes or until hot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over multigrain noodles or brown rice (not figured into nutritional info.)
