Sesame Chicken Asparagus

8 oz. spaghetti, whole wheat3 cloves garlic1 tbsp. red wine vinegar1 tbsp. brown sugar6 tbsp. peanut butter1/4 cup soy sauce6 tbsp. sesame oil1 1/2 - 2 hot chili oil2 cooked chicken breast halves5 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds1 lb. asparagus3 scallions1 cucumber, peeled, cut into small bite size pieces
1. Cook chicken. Cut into bite size pieces.
2. Cook spaghetti. When done. Toss in asparagus
(cut into 1 " pieces) for one minutes. Drain. Put into bowl.
Top with chicken.
3. Mix all other ingredients --except other vegetables in
mixing bowl. Pour on spagetti/chicken. Mix.
4. Top with cucumbers, scallions, and sesame seeds.
