Quinoa Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Quinoa Flakes1/2 cup ground flax seed2 eggs1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup sugar free honey1 tsp vanilla2 mashed bananas1 cup dark chocolate chips1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Mix together all but chips and nuts till well blended. Add rest of ingredients. Drop on well greased cookie sheet, using small ice cream scoop. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes
Approximately 40 cookies.

These do not spread so can be close together & flattened
