Blueberry Chia Muffins

1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/4 cup ground flax1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar1 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp water1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened Vanilla1 cup frozen blueberries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine chia seeds in water until it forms a gel-like substance. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine. In a seperate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Combine ingredients and add blueberries.
Bake for between 15-25 minutes.
