Sesame Chicken

1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into 1/2 inches3 to 6 tablespoons Cornstarch1 egg yolk, beaten with 1/4 teaspoon saltWhite Sesame Seeds to tasteSauce:3 tablespoons ketchup4 tablespoons splenda2/3 teapoons salt3 to 4 tablespoons cooking oil

- Marinate chicken cubes with 1 egg yolk and 1/4 teaspoon salt for about 15 minutes. Dust the chicken lightly with cornstarch. Shake off excess cornstarch.
- Add 3 tablespoons oil to a hot pan over high heat. Add the chicken and cook one side until golden brown. Turn the chicken over and cook the other side until done. Add oil when it's needed.
- Mix sauce ingredeients and add sauce. Stir until chicken is coated with sauce thoroughly. remove chicken onto a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Enjoy!
