Ingredients
5 large potatoe1 can of cream of mushroom condensed soup 98% fat free soup1 can of fat free evaporated milk3 tbs of butter
Directions
peel and slice potatoes
add can of mushroom soup, evaporated milk and butter
put in the oven at 350 degrees for at least 60 min to 90 mins. or until golden on top and potatoes are cooked

    Decent plain recipe, I added onions and that made it better. I think I will try adding parsley and more pepper next time - 3/2/08
