japanese mayosriracha saucesmall scallopsmasago smelt roestrips of cucumber1 sheet of norisushi grade tuna
combine japanese mayo, sriracha sauce, masago smelt roe, and small scallops to make sauce for the top of the sushi roll. make tuna roll with the tuna, cucumber, nori, and sticky rice. place sauce on a tin foil cookie sheet and bake for 10 mins until hot and bubbly then pour over roll.
