Ingredients
Oats, 35 grams Pumpkin Seeds, 60 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 60 grams Sesame Seeds, 100 gram(s) Flax seeds, 100 gram(s) White flour, 214 gram(s) Salt, 1 tsp Water, tap, 100 mLSunflower Oil, 0.5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until mixture is completely mixed. Empty the bowl onto a piece of baking paper and put another on top.. Roll the mixture out to about 2 mm thick and cut lines into rectangle shapes aproximately 26 slices..
Put into the middle of the oven at 400F (200 c) for 20 minutes.. Leave to cool and use a knife to seperate the bread, keep in a air tight container..
