Cinnamon Pancake Muffins (modded)

Ingredients
1 package Jell-O Cook&Serve Vanilla Pudding1.25 cup whole wheat flour1.5 cup quaker instant oats1 cup skim milk1.5 tsp baking soda3 T cinnamon3 T Splenda1.5 tsp baking soda3 egg whites2 t vanilla1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, add wet, water last. Mix until doughy but like batter and serve into cupcake tins. Makes 48 small muffins. Serve with butter & powdered sugar or fruit!

    I don't use egg substitutes. How many eggs would ond half cup be ? And would this be whole egg or just egg whites?

    I REVISED THIS RECIPE. Cook at 350 for 6-10 minutes.
