Garlic and Onion Swiss Chard

Ingredients
2 TBS Olive OilLarge bunch of Swiss Chard cleaned and chopped stalks and leavesGarlic-3 clovesRed Onion-.25 cup choppedsalt pepper to tastefeta cheese-tomato basil crumbles
Directions
heat pan
add oil
add garlic and onion and let simmer
after about 5-8 minutes ad in Swiss Chard
stir it in and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes depending on how much you like your veggies cooked. i had them in for about 6 minutes and the stalks were still a bit crunchy! yum
add slat and pepper
1 tsp of the feta crumbles per serving
