Low Cal Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large *Flour, white, 2 cup Salt, 1/2 tsp Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1/4 cupBlueberries, fresh, 1 pint
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Grease muffin pans. In a large bowl, mix together applesauce and Splenda. Add eggs and mix well.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in berries.

Fill muffin cups and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Wait until cool to remove from pan.
