Easy stir fried vegetables and rice

Ingredients
1 bag of frozen asparagus stir fry vegetable mix3/4 cup brown rice, cooked1 tsp chopped garlic2 eggs1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Makes 3 1-cup servings

Sautee frozen vegetables and garlic in 1/2 tbsp olive oil until hot.
Move vegetables to side of pan and crack eggs into empty spot. Use spatula to scramble eggs in hot pan and then mix with vegetables.
Add brown rice to mixture in pan, add 1/2 tbsp olive oil and soy sauce and toss with vegetables and eggs.
