Bok Choy Tofu Soup

Ingredients
1 Bok choy Medium Size3 Celery Stalks2 Large Eggs ( Whipped )1 Medium Onion2 Cups Broccoli Head2 Cups Firm TofuDash of Pepper1 tsp Garlic3 cubes of Chicken Bouillon4 Cups of Water.
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings.

Bring 4 cups of Water to a boil.
Put in 3 cubes of Chicken Bouillon
Chop Celery, Broccoli and Bok Choy in 1" slices,
Slice Onion into quarters.
Slice Tofu into cubes.
Whip 2 large eggs.

Add Broccoli, Onions and Celery to Boiling water.
Bring it back to a boil slowly stir in whipped eggs.
Add Bok Choy and Tofu.

Add Garlic and Pepper to taste.

When vegetables are tender, soup is done.
This reciepe make 8 1 cup servings.
