Soy Vinegar

Ingredients
2 parts vinegar to 1 part soy sauce, a smidge of sugar (or substitute) and plenty of garlic.Yum!
Directions
dissolve the sugar in the vinegar, add the soy and garlic. eat immediately, or let it sit a few hours for even better flavor. Either dip your chicken in it or pour it over. Enjoy!
