*Wheat, hard red spring, 5.5 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp other seasoning 1tbsp*Redmond RealSalt: All Natural Sea Salt, 1.5 tsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Mix wet, then dry ingredients. Mix until ball forms.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes. Separate dough into 16 pieces. Roll out very thin and cook until golden brown on both sides on medium high griddle.
